Our Hiring Process

We are very different from our counterparts and competitors. We believe that hiring the right people allows for a marriage of minds between employee and company, that will benefit both in the present and future. We focus on hiring the right talent not just for the current need but also for the future.

As part of our hiring process, you should expect to spend about half a day with us during the process to meet with multiple current employees in an individual or panel setting.

We look for candidates with diverse skill sets, who are able to fit into several roles and be adaptable to the needs of the job. We are always looking for people who find innovative ways to get the job done. We will work with you to try and figure out what makes you different and how you might fit into our team. Also, expect you to evaluate us and see if you feel comfortable working with our team. We expect a two-way honest and intelligent dialogue during the entire process rather than a one-way question and answer session.
