Ganesh is a visionary and an entrepreneur specializing in delivery mission critical solutions to US Federal customers. Ganesh holds a master’s in Business Administration and an engineering degree and specializes in providing executive business management accompanied by a strong technical background. Ganesh has served as a leading executive for various large organizations both in the commercial and federal government sector. Ganesh enjoys working with underprivileged kids and has been active in the community through several mentoring programs while serving as an advisor on several advisory boards. He enjoys reading a good mystery novel on a relaxing day and at times trying out his prowess as an amateur on the golf course.

Lisa is a seasoned healthcare executive who has significant expertise in patient care, provider management and a strong sense of the healthcare market for IT services and solutions. As the Chief Administrative officer and the secretary of the board, Lisa leads and guides the policies and procedures development along with implementing HR and service packages. Lisa also serves as the SME for solutions developed for the healthcare customers. Lisa has built and holds strong business partnerships with numerous national agencies for healthcare and specializes in infusion therapy, in-home care management, neo-natal care, post anesthesia care and post partum care.
Janet Borjeson

Janet Borjeson

Director of Finance
Janet has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, business operations and currently leads the Finance division of Ennoble First Inc. She has a strong background leading financial efforts for several government contractors and has led several teams to assist its customers with finance, reporting, auditing, compliance and training. She is a CPA and a Certified Contracts Manager and specializes in U.S. Federal Government contracts and commercial IT services.
Joe Solbach

Joe Solbach

Director of Operations
Joe has over 20 years of experience in the Federal IT Contracts with companies such as CACI, L-3 Communications, and Titan Corporation. He holds a MBA and a Computer Science degree and holds certification, such as ITIL, Six Sigma, and Security+. His experiences combined with his continuing management and technical education has given Joe a unique and beneficial understanding of customer information technology (IT) needs in an ever-changing IT world. He is responsible for executing Ennoble First’s business strategy and ensuring operational excellence on a daily basis.
Dan Noppinger

Dan Noppinger

Director of Professional Services
Dan joined Ennoble First years ago as our third employee and has quickly progressed to becoming a Director. With over 10 years of government contracting experience, he received his B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University and is an experienced Account Manager & Business Developer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry supporting the Intelligence Community, Dept. of Defense, and Federal Civilian agencies. He currently leads our government programs & services growth portfolio and has a successful track record capturing and executing programs.
