Titus Jeffries is the Vice President of Growth and Strategy at Ennoble First, where he is focused on leading company expansion and securing high-value contracts within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) markets. Titus brings over 25 years of leadership experience in federal contracting with Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Leidos.

Titus is a proven leader in Business Development, Capture Management, and P&L. He has a notable track record of winning competitive prime and subcontract awards, often exceeding $500 million. Titus is dedicated to building scalable, high-performing growth teams and building long term strategic partnership.

Titus holds a Masters Degree from University of Virginia in Management of IT and various business certifications to include PMP, BRMP and ITIL expert.

Outside of his work, Titus is a devoted family man who is married with two grown children. He enjoys reading a great book, working out on his Peloton, and helping with community service activities.
