John Peery serves as the Director of Quality and Resources at Ennoble First, where he leads enterprise-wide quality management, workforce development, and recruitment strategy. He has been instrumental in achieving and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and CMMI Level 3 (Development and Services) certifications—ensuring process maturity, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. 

A teacher at heart, John has taught college-level creative writing and composition, bringing a strong culture of learning to his leadership style. He spearheads internal training initiatives and supports proposal development efforts with deep expertise in technical writing, compliance, and strategic documentation. 

John holds a Master of Arts from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech, graduating summa cum laude. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and was honored as the Undergraduate Commencement Poet. His leadership blends mentorship, transparency, and operational discipline—advancing both people and process to achieve mission success. 

Outside of work, John enjoys songwriting, audio engineering, gardening, and spending time with his wife and their dogs.
