Ganesh Natarajan
CEO, Founder
Ganesh is a visionary and an entrepreneur specializing in delivery mission critical solutions to US Federal customers. Ganesh holds a master’s in Business Administration and an engineering degree and specializes in providing executive business management accompanied by a strong technical background. Ganesh has served as a leading executive for various large organizations both in the commercial and federal government sector. Ganesh enjoys working with underprivileged kids and has been active in the community through several mentoring programs while serving as an advisor on several advisory boards. He enjoys reading a good mystery novel on a relaxing day and at times trying out his prowess as an amateur on the golf course.
Lisa Natarajan
CAO, Co-Founder
Lisa is a seasoned healthcare executive who has significant expertise in patient care, provider management and a strong sense of the healthcare market for IT services and solutions. As the Chief Administrative officer and the secretary of the board, Lisa leads and guides the policies and procedures development along with implementing HR and service packages. Lisa also serves as the SME for solutions developed for healthcare customers. Lisa has built and holds strong business partnerships with numerous national agencies for healthcare and specializes in infusion therapy, in-home care management, neo-natal care, post anesthesia care and post-partum care.

Janet Borjeson
VP of Finance
Janet Borjeson brings over 35 years of expertise in finance, accounting, and business operations. As Vice President of Finance at Ennoble First Inc., she oversees all financial strategy and operations, ensuring fiscal integrity and compliance across the organization.
Janet has a proven track record supporting U.S. Federal Government contractors and commercial IT service providers. She has successfully led cross-functional teams delivering robust solutions in financial reporting, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and training.
A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Janet specializes in the financial management of government contracts, with deep knowledge of cost principles, pricing, and contract compliance frameworks such as FAR, CAS, and DFARS. Her leadership continues to drive operational efficiency, financial transparency, and client success.
Joe Solbach
VP of Operations
Joe Solbach is the Vice President of Operations and Contracts at Ennoble First, where he leads the company’s contractual strategy, oversees enterprise operations, and ensures excellence across mission-critical functions. He manages all contracts and legal negotiations, leads supply chain risk management (SCRM) initiatives, and ensures compliance with federal acquisition regulations and business ethics standards.
Joe also directs the IT, security, and quality divisions, and plays an integral role in supporting all departments with operational strategy, problem-solving, and execution. His cross-functional leadership ensures alignment between day-to-day operations and the company’s long-term goals.
With more than 20 years of experience in federal IT contracting, including leadership roles at CACI, L-3 Communications, and Titan Corporation, Joe brings deep expertise in program execution, organizational governance, and risk management. He holds a Computer Science degree, an MBA, and certifications including ITIL, Six Sigma, and Security+.
Joe approaches leadership with a focus on operational integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement—driving value through collaboration and mission alignment.
Dan Noppinger
VP of Government Services
As Vice President of Federal Services at Ennoble First, Dan Noppinger leads strategic initiatives that drive mission success for defense and national security clients. He oversees programs that integrate data engineering, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and advanced engineering to solve complex challenges while leading the business growth and delivery excellence across a diverse portfolio supporting the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Civilian agencies.
Dan brings over 12 years of experience in the federal market, with deep expertise in systems integration, emerging technologies, and mission-focused program delivery. His background spans leadership roles in business development and program management for critical defense initiatives. He is known for translating emerging technologies into operational capabilities that deliver measurable impact for our government customers.
He is recognized for his ability to build high-performing teams that translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. Dan’s leadership philosophy centers on empowering people, fostering transparency, and delivering value with integrity.

Director of HR
Caitlin Frace is a seasoned HR leader with over a decade of experience supporting small organizations through intentional growth and change. As Director of Human Resources, she brings comprehensive HR expertise, having led performance management initiatives, overseen HR system implementations, and developed scalable strategies that align with business goals.
Caitlin is a leader who believes people thrive when empowered with trust, clarity, and opportunity. She is deeply committed to growing strong HR teams and cultivating cultures where employees feel supported, valued, and inspired.
Caitlin has played a key role in preparing organizations for growth by implementing structure while preserving a people-centered culture. Her published article on ERE, “How to Design and Implement a Winning Internship Program”, showcases her strategic approach to developing future talent.
Caitlin earned her SHRM-CP certification in 2019 and continues to champion connection, learning, and people-first leadership in everything she does.
John Peery
Director of Quality / Resources
John Peery serves as the Director of Quality and Resources at Ennoble First, where he leads enterprise-wide quality management, workforce development, and recruitment strategy. He has been instrumental in achieving and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and CMMI Level 3 (Development and Services) certifications—ensuring process maturity, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
A teacher at heart, John has taught college-level creative writing and composition, bringing a strong culture of learning to his leadership style. He spearheads internal training initiatives and supports proposal development efforts with deep expertise in technical writing, compliance, and strategic documentation.
John holds a Master of Arts from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech, graduating summa cum laude. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and was honored as the Undergraduate Commencement Poet. His leadership blends mentorship, transparency, and operational discipline—advancing both people and process to achieve mission success.
Outside of work, John enjoys songwriting, audio engineering, gardening, and spending time with his wife and their dogs.
Micah Natarajan
Director of Capture
As the Director of Capture Management at Ennoble First, I lead the development and execution of strategic capture efforts for our prime government bids. I oversee the full lifecycle of capture activities—from opportunity identification through proposal submission—ensuring our solutions align with agency missions and customer priorities. With a background rooted in federal contracting and business development, I bring a proven track record of driving competitive wins across Defense, Intelligence, and Civilian sectors. My experience spans opportunity shaping, stakeholder engagement, solution development, and bid strategy, with a focus on building responsive, compliant, and compelling proposals. I take pride in fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and mentoring emerging talent in the capture space. I believe effective leadership is grounded in clarity, accountability, and trust—empowering teams to deliver their best while staying aligned with the mission.
