Data Modeling & Architecture

Helping federal agencies fully harness data to safeguard our nation

Mission-specific, resilient data pipelines are the foundation of smart and efficient decision-making. See how we design U.S. Federal Government compliant architectures that drive meaningful intelligence to the agencies.

Data Modeling & Architecture

The speed of data often means the speed of mission success. Federal agencies need an architecture that optimizes data pipeline performance and delivers actionable insights. Ennoble First provides design, data management, and modeling services to help you transform raw data into structured, decision-ready assets.

DoD-Compliant Data Architecture Design

Federal agencies must balance data efficiency with security while meeting mission demands. Ennoble First designs and deploys data architecture on-premise, in the cloud, and hybrid environments. We can operate within the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and ensure data pipelines work seamlessly across domains and disparate classification systems.

Centralized Data Management (CDM) & Governance

Data consolidation, strict governance policies, and end-to-end lineage tracking are pillars of quality data. These practices ultimately drive better intelligence. Ennoble First standardizes how you oversee your data pipelines and provides unified control over data sharing, access, security, and interoperability. Our team lets you achieve visibility into the architecture and always remain audit-ready.

High-Performance Data Aquisition and Optimization

Combat readiness hinges on fast data ingestion and processing. Defense agencies need ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions to handle large-scale datasets from intelligence, sensor, and transactional sources. Ennoble First builds out pipelines to support intelligent decision-making by ensuring analysts and warfighters receive timely, accurate data without delay.

Data Modeling with Decision-Ready, Visual Insights

Raw data alone doesn't drive action. Decision makers need context to make better national security decisions faster. We can transform complex datasets into visual, intuitive data models. From uncovering adversarial patterns in cyberspace to predicting aircraft equipment failures to forecasting enemy troop movements, Ennoble First helps you visualize intelligence on and off the battlefield.

Ennoble First builds data architectures prioritizing security and speed.

See how we can modernize your pipelines and support your agency's data modeling requirements.

DISA reengineers its data architecture, and ISR flows with Ennoble First

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) needed to boost operational readiness by ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across its intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) data exchange systems.

In coordination with DISA's Enterprise Integration and Innovation Center (EIIC) and its Emerging Technologies (EM) division, Ennoble First helped redesign the architecture and implement centralized data management frameworks. This included deploying various middleware and analytics solutions into the stack and creating, testing, and managing high-performance data pipelines.

We also documented our framework for DISA users and delivered data visualization capabilities that quickly turned raw information into insights for analysts to act on.

DISA has been able to improve data flow and ISR exchange for warfighters. Their team also has written materials and training they can use to support their evaluation of emerging technologies.

Ennoble First prepares HUD data architecture and governance for the NextGen platform

As part of its support for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Ginnie Mae needed a more structured approach to managing enterprise-wide data and enforcing governance. The company was also preparing for its NextGen initiative, which would give Ginnie Mae a more flexible, scalable mortgage-backed security (MBS) platform.

The Ennoble First-Macro Solutions Team (EFMS) has helped define and implement a robust data management framework geared to the HUD mission and NextGen's data and analytics capabilities. This includes standardizing common data across the system, managing critical data changes for transactional and operational stores, and refining the change and release management process.

EFMS has also created end-to-end model management via design, versioning, maintenance, and change control to facilitate analytics and reporting. We even proactively developed targeted elicitation questionnaires to speed up Ginnie Mae's collection of essential information and aquisition processes with a more integrated data flow.
