Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Enhancing Federal efficiency and performance with mission-focused automation

Whether you’re the Department of Defense (DoD) or a civilian agency, manual processes waste valuable personnel time and risk errors that could impact national security. See how Ennoble First removes costly inefficiencies by delivering and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) systems for your mission.

RPA for Federal, National Security Missions

Federal agencies face mounting pressure to modernize their tech stack and cut down on waste. RPA flows are a great way to free up personnel and resources by automating repetitive, rudimentary tasks, such as inputting or verifying geospatial data, generating reports, or distributing briefs. We help agencies integrate precise, compliant RPA into their operations.

RPA Integration for Legacy Systems

Despite its productivity-enhancing, cost-saving potential, many federal tech stacks lack native automation capabilities. Ennoble First bridges this gap by deploying RPA bots directly into legacy applications without massive system overhauls. Our non-intrusive methodology fully adheres to DoD Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), FedRAMP, and NIST SP 800-53 standards and lets you put ticketing, reporting, data entry, and other agency tasks on autopilot.

Workflow Optimization

Resilient automation relies on quality data, steadfast application integrations, and flows supporting federal processes. Ennoble First helps identify opportunities for automation, then deploys and fine-tunes your RPA flows so personnel can maximize performance. “Effective automation requires continuous monitoring, performance tuning, and adaptation as missions evolve.” We ensure data moves quickly through the operation and let the government make better national security decisions faster.

Cross-Domain Automation

National security missions often require coordination between different agencies. This creates compliance and accessibility challenges, particularly when dealing with sensitive information. Ennoble First RPA solutions can automate interagency operations by letting teams securely transfer data between disparate, classified and unclassified networks.

Proactive RPA Maintenance & Improvement

Automation is not a "set and forget" solution. It needs monitoring and fine-tuning to ensure it meets agency and national security objectives. Ennoble First proactively tracks RPA pipeline performance to identify optimization opportunities and ways to reduce operational risk. As new intelligence sources, tools, and personnel are added, we'll adapt RPA bots accordingly.

Improving government efficiency is a top priority for many agencies.

Expertise Backed by Past Performance

Ennoble First has a demonstrated track record of success in delivering secure, compliant RPA for defense and civilian agencies. Check out our past performance below:

Ennoble First helps DISA Cut Operations Costs and Solve Data Compatibility Issues with RPA

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) wanted to eliminate data inefficiencies caused by manual processing. More specifically, the agency wanted to speed up intelligence reporting, data collection, and pipeline maintenance capabilities while solving compatibility issues in its technology stacks.

Ennoble First used RPA to solve each of these challenges. Our team integrated automation tools as middleware to be a data broker between systems. This connected intelligence feeds and applications to one another to transfer intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) data and quickly generate accurate reports. Ennoble First also applied RPA to monitor data pipelines for incidents and required maintenance to prevent costly issues.

DISA has been able to stay more proactive in its data engineering by getting alerts from bots for predictive pipeline maintenance. Automating data flows has also sped up their reporting period and data lifecycle while generating tangible cost savings.

NGA speeds up labor-intensive GEOINT workflows with RPA

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) plays a massive role in delivering accurate geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) to the DoD. They must collect, structure, analyze, and disseminate vast amounts of data, which involves a repetitive process that gets tedious when done manually.

Partnered with Booze Allen Hamilton, Ennoble First delivered RPA capabilities that automated early data collection and preparation activity and turned analyst tacit knowledge into a repeatable data workflow.

NGA analysts got more precise intel and could reduce the man-hours needed to pull GEOINT reports, especially from large-scale geospatial datasets.
