Ennoble First fills in workforce skills gaps for ONI

When the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) wanted to modernize its Acoustic Intelligence (ACINT) capabilities via AI/ML advancements, it required a systematic change in how its staff coordinated and adopted the emerging tools.

In partnership with Lockheed Martin, , Ennoble First delivered specialized, standardized training and workforce development programs for upskilling personnel in the new AI, automation, and acoustic signal processing solutions.

This workforce development equipped ONI team members with the skills needed for the modernization effort and accelerated training processes through standardized approaches.

The IC upskills and adds SIGINT experts to its talent pool

The Intelligence Community (IC) faced challenges in processing and analyzing vast signal intelligence (SIGINT) data. As part of a technology overhaul, the IC workforce needed training to properly redesign and use a new SIGINT analysis tool.

Ennoble First provided workforce development programs and support resources for analysts to gain much-needed upskilling in modern CI/CD frameworks and developing, testing, and operating specialty SIGINT tools. We also staffed the Communications Externals Geofusion System (CEGS) support desk to reinforce mission readiness and engagement with data users.

NGA empowers workforce success with training and knowledge transfer for system adoption

Among other key goals, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) sought to upgrade how it manages geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) for the SAFFIRE program. As part of the initiative, NGA integrated Structured Observation Management (SOM) and Computer Vision (CV) to improve GEOINT workflows.

Tasked with developing and maintaining SOM Data Production and SOM Enterprise Repository (SER) capabilities, Ennoble First helped support the workforce management demands that come with new technology adoption. We focused on standardizing training programs, providing user training, and constructing documentation for NGA personnel to familiarize themselves with new systems and processes after our engagement.

This standarization helped NGA analysts process more geospatial data faster via automation and get the most from their new tools to support their mission.
