Category C – Mission-Based ITC/AV Service Solutions provides Federal agencies with access to mission-focused Information Technology, Communications, and Audio-Visual services that support specialized operational and program requirements. Through its SEWP VI Category C contract, Ennoble First can deliver integrated technology and service solutions aligned to agency mission needs, including engineering, implementation, operations, modernization, and technical support activities within the scope of the contract. Contract Overview:
The NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement), pronounced “soup”, provides the latest Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services for all Federal Agencies and their approved contractors. Created in 1993, SEWP I was the first Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) in the federal acquisition space. Originally, the contract vehicle provided only technology products for NASA and all other agencies. SEWP has continually evolved over the past 30 years, expanding its scope to meet the requests of its customers. The SEWP vehicle represents acquisition innovation within the Federal Government. The program is self-funded through usage fees (0.34%) and provides all Federal agencies with acquisition support – more than 50,000 orders a year.
How to Order Through SEWP VI
Ordering through NASA SEWP VI is designed to provide Federal agencies with a streamlined method for acquiring mission-based ITC/AV services. Ennoble First supports customers throughout the acquisition process, from initial requirements discussions through order award and performance.
- Define Your Requirement – Identify the mission need, technical requirements, desired outcomes, period of performance, funding, and any applicable security or operational requirements.
- Request a Quote – Use the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool to conduct market research or request quotes from eligible SEWP VI Category C Contract Holders. Customers may also contact Ennoble First for assistance understanding our capabilities and developing an acquisition approach.
- Evaluate Responses – Evaluate submitted responses in accordance with your agency’s acquisition procedures, applicable fair opportunity requirements, and FAR 16.505.
- Select Best Value and Issue the Order – The ordering agency selects the solution that best meets its mission requirements and issues a Delivery Order against the selected SEWP VI contract.
- Submit Through the SEWP PMO – The Delivery Order is routed through the NASA SEWP Program Management Office for review and processing before being forwarded to the Contract Holder. The SEWP SOW states that orders are routed through the PMO before contractor acceptance and fulfillment so that scope, pricing, authorization limits, and other program requirements can be validated.
- Begin Performance – Once the order is processed and received, Ennoble First acknowledges the order and begins performance in accordance with the Delivery Order requirements and schedule.

Fair Opportunity Clause
In accordance to A.1.13. FAIR OPPORTUNITY AND REQUESTS FOR QUOTES (RFQ), this contract is part of a multi-award GWAC. Contractors will be provided fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate per FAR Part 16. 505( b), including the SEWP RFQ tools. All documentation is to be maintained by the issuing procurement office.

Provides ITC/AV-based engineering, architecture, design, integration, implementation, and technical support services. This capability can support the planning, development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of complex technology environments where multiple systems, platforms, networks, or technical components must operate together effectively.
IT Management, Consulting & Training
Provides ITC/AV management, advisory, consulting, and educational services supporting agency technology programs and mission operations. This may include program and technical management, technology consulting, process improvement, implementation support, workforce enablement, knowledge transfer, and training associated with ITC/AV systems and services.
Data Processing & Analytics
Supports the processing, management, transformation, integration, and analysis of data to help agencies convert operational information into actionable mission insight. Services may include data handling, analytical support, reporting, information integration, and other data-focused activities supporting agency programs and decision-making.
Cybersecurity & Security Systems
Provides cybersecurity and security systems services designed to protect mission systems, networks, information, and technology environments. Services may include security engineering, cybersecurity operations, vulnerability and risk support, security monitoring, system protection, and related technical security services.
Network, Telecom, & IT Operations
Supports telecommunications services, network operations, hosting, and related operational services required to maintain reliable, secure, and mission-ready technology environments. This can include communications support, connectivity services, system and network monitoring, troubleshooting, hosting support, computer facility services, and related technical operations.
